I had an appointment at 9:30, I waited for 5 hours just for the guy to tell me there’s nothing wrong. My car stalls and I hear my wheel bearings, after 3 hours of waiting I went to ask where my car was they said it was being worked on, and hour later I went up again and talked to josh and he rolled his eyes and continued to tell me he will get my car in as fast as he can. I don’t like attitude, I know I was probably being a pain asking about my car’s status, but I gave no attitude whatsoever. Around 2:15 I finally got word of my car and josh said nothing was wrong. Fair, but I’m not sure if he ever looked into it. My car started off at 315 miles for my tank and 5 hours later it’s now at 291 miles for my whole tank. I’m not sure what they did to waste that many miles but I hated my experience at Webb Chevy and I never want to go back. I don’t recommend this place. People spend 3-5 hours there not an 1 1/2 hours.

Making appoints to have your car serviced, is a waste of your valuable time at this location. Your better off as a walk-in. Also I was charged for a diagnostic test, which they said showed no errors, only to discover to days later, a check engine light, which this time the diagnostic was performed for free at the local AutoZone parts store. The test revealed a fuel injector error.
